Please pre-register to the Holiday Cottage Swop Club. This site allows owners of holiday cottages, holiday apartments, and holiday property to swop their properties with other owners for free holidays in other parts of the UK or Europe. If you have a holiday property, rather paying to go to someones property, swop a week with another owner.

Holiday Swopping could not be easer, if you have a cottage in Cumbria you could swop with cottage owner in Northumberland, if you cottage in North Yorkshire you could swop with a cottage in Devon or Cornwall.

Shortly we will have web site where you can become a member and to have your details listed, complete a form and add 4 picture (optional but recommended) of your property. Once registered you will be able access the holiday cottage database.

We have £30 annual fee basis. There are no hidden charges and no other obligations placed on you. If you do want to recommend us to your friends with their own property we are offering a referral fee of 10%. (£3.00) once the friend pays the annual fee. This will also allow you to add a banner to your web site which other holiday cottage owners can clip on.

Extra feature of the site, it's another way to promote your cottage online, a directory of cottage and holiday properties, and we all want more bookings.
